Most people in my family have a sweet tooth, so learning how to make delicious treats myself easily turned into my passion. Baking is fun and relaxing. The perfect way to spend my time and, on top of everything, the results are truly fascinating and mouth watering.

There are many parts to baking from baking a fluffy genoise or piping a smooth pastry cream to tempering chocolate. It is most definitely a combination of science and art.

This blog started as a project back in grade 10 and since then baking has evolved from a past-time to my true passion.
