I am Levia Wegner and this is my baking blog. Most people in my family have a sweet tooth, so learning how to make delicious treats myself easily turned into my passion. Baking is fun and relaxing. The perfect way to spend my time and, on top of everything, the results are truly fascinating and mouth watering. There are many parts to baking. Baking cake bases, filling with creams or decorating cakes and cupcakes. It is a combination of science and art. Chemistry to figure out how to make the perfect cake and artistic skills to put little petals on cupcakes and create perfect little flowers.

This blog started as a project back in grade 10 and since then baking has evolved from a past-time to my true passion.
