- 125g Coconut butter (cold coconut oil)
- 225g Wholegrain flour
- 150g Raw cane sugar
- 1 1/2 Bananas
- 1tsp Baking powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1tsp Bourbon vanilla
Instructions
- Using a fork, mix the coconut butter until smooth and add in the sugar and salt.
- Mash the banana either using a fork or a blender.
- Mix the vanilla and baking powder into the flour and spoon the flour into the butter mixture.
- Pour half of the batter into a baking tray.
- Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 170ºC.
- Leave the cakes to cool.
